We use information to provide the platform, authenticate users, support tenant workspaces, generate operational documents, process payments through configured providers, sync integrations, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.
Contractors control the customer, homeowner, property, proposal, invoice, and job data entered into their workspaces. Users should only upload information they are authorized to process for business operations.
When you connect third-party providers, the platform exchanges the data required for the selected integration. Payment card and bank details are handled by payment providers rather than stored directly in the application.
We use technical and administrative controls to protect workspace data. Data retention depends on account status, legal obligations, operational needs, and customer deletion or export requests.

Account deletion can currently be initiated from the authenticated in-app Privacy & Data settings or through this public account-deletion resource and the listed privacy email. Submitting through any path does not complete identity or authority verification or automatically trigger a deletion action. Before processing, the requester and their authority must be verified and affected workspace data must be reviewed. Completion timing depends on the request scope, legal and contractual retention obligations, security requirements, and operational review; submitting a request does not trigger an automatic purge or guarantee a fixed deletion date.
